Memorial Health is a 535 bed tertiary medical center located in Savannah Georgia. Its image was in need of a complete overhaul. Under the direction of a talented and dedicated leadership, the LɅɅNCH team re-launched Memorial Health’s brand in the marketplace and was able to accomplish a wide variety of tactical and strategic goals including a consumer preference increase from 20.8% to 47.4% (1st in the Region). The team achieved an overall patient score of 90.1 – which exceeded the national average. Memorial’s market share was a very healthy 49.1%, up over 20 percentage points with Memorial Health University Medical Center achieving a net income of $26.3 million.
