Bryan Dauterman

Bryan’s roots are steeped in creative, design, marketing, sales and business development. He has worked with companies in a myriad of industries leveraging a mix of technology, strategic thinking, and experience to assist in their growth.  Bryan has worked internationally with clients including Hawker Beechcraft, the Boeing Company, Bombardier, Embraer Executive Jets, and more than 250 shipbuilders and boat manufacturers worldwide.

David Anderson

David’s career includes 25 years as an agency CEO, creative director, art director, and writer. He has developed marketing and brand strategies for the likes of Gulfstream Aerospace, Bombardier Business Aircraft, Pulte Homes, Disney Vacation Clubs, Memorial Health, Health Management Associates, Lourdes Hospital, and more. David brings a wealth of communications management, creative, and brand experience to the table.

Donna Thomas

Donna Thomas is an award winning creative director with more than 27 years of professional experience producing creative communications for real estate development, aerospace, banking, healthcare, travel, leisure, and tourism. Donna has won over 100 Addy Awards, as well as several “Best in Show.” She is the recipient of the Telly Award, a renowned national award for excellence in television advertising. She has won “Best Ad of Book” for Pro Pilot, and the “Best Advertisement of the Year” in Aviation Week.

Ralph Thompson

Ralph was making board financial presentations to a NYSE bank holding company board regularly at the young age of 26, and was part of the team that created the plan and forged strategic direction for the ultimate spinoff and formation of Capital One. Ralph was the COO of The Martin Agency which was once recognized by Adage as the top creative agency in the country. He has worked with brands including McDonald’s, Mercedes Benz and Florida Tourism to Kent County, Harbor Bank and Golfaholics.

Scott Regan

Scott is a nationally known expert on execution excellence, a technical expert on lead generation strategies and tactics, an author, and national speaker. He is a former COO of a major health system and is well-respected in healthcare as a brand and marketing strategist. He has spoken to more than 250 national, regional, and state organizations in the last 20 years and is the recipient of the Society for Healthcare Strategy & Market Development’s Award for Individual Professional Excellence.


Jeff Cline

Jeff has created and designed identity, brand and web design work for a variety of regional, national and international brands including Hilton Head Island, Savannah Georgia, Gulfstream Aerospace, Hospital Management Associates, Bullet Flight Network, TAS Energy, Tybee Island Tourism Council, Fripp Island Golf & Beach Resort, Tulsa Metro Chamber of Commerce, The Westin Hilton Head Island Resort & Spa, Hilton Oceanfront Resort and Hilton Head Marriott Resort & Spa.

Randy Greer

Randy has directed more than 1200 television commercials and corporate image films for brands including the Ford Motor Co., Walmart, Gulfstream, Cub Cadet, Colt 45 Malt Liquor, Smith Kline Beechum, Stihl, Arby’s, Wendy’s, McDonalds, Radisson Hotels, Mobil, Legg/Mason, and Hallmark Greeting Cards. Randy has served as a consultant to directors for shows including the OSCARs, The Golden Globes, The Voice, Americas Got Talent, and Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show.

Al Kennickell

Al is the owner and president of The Kennickell Group, a business founded by his grandfather in 1892. A graduate of The Citadel, Kennickell has two operations in Savannah, GA, a 50,000 square foot printing facility and an 80,000 fulfillment and direct mail operation. Kennickell has always been an innovator in the industry and as a result has been a beta site for several fortune 500 companies to test the viability of their products prior to release.

Michael Weaver

Michael went to Madison Avenue from the University of Missouri School of Journalism and joined ad agency cornerstones Marsteller Inc. and J. Walter Thompson Company, where he worked with clients including IBM World Trade and  STP Corporation. Michael was Vice President of Backer & Spielvogel, where he built a nationwide client service group for Miller Brewing Company and guided the national strategy for Wendy’s International.
